Review: Mortal Instuments

Author: Cassandra Clare
Series:   Mortal Instruments, Book 4
Publication Date: 2011

Rating: Recommended
Summary:  The war with Valentine is over. Clary is finally training to become a Shadowhunter and slowly mastering her power. Through the peace between Downworlders, her mother is getting married to her true love. Best of all: She can finally call Jace her boyfriend. But, as we all know, nothing comes without a price. Someone is killing Shadowhunters who used to be in Valentines circle. Clary`s friend Simon is surrounded by people who want his power, and Jace might just have someone controlling his thoughts making him do bad things. When Clary starts to realize that she set in motion these horrifying events, she realizes that she could lose everything. Can she stop evil from controlling and destroying  every one she loves? The stakes are higher than ever before.
What I liked: As always Cassandra Clare keeps you on the edge of your seat with unpredictable events that set your heart racing. In my opinion this is the best book so far in the Mortal Instruments series. There is really nothing bad I can say. This book is amazing!
